Luxly Deals is a slot-based reservation platform for exclusive, limited-time travel and product deals. Users browse hotels, flights, packages, and products with real-time availability — and reserve against a countdown timer. Synced live with Expedia, Amadeus, Skyscanner, and Shopify. Flash deals expired before users could act.
Travel and product flash sales in the USA were failing because platforms couldn't hold inventory in real time. Users would find a deal, start checkout, and discover it was already gone — or worse, overbooked. No countdown, no reserved slot, no urgency.
The client needed a platform that could pull live inventory from multiple travel APIs, hold a slot for a user during checkout, enforce payment before the timer expired, and handle automated refunds when deals fell through — all in one system.

We scoped the slot-reservation and countdown architecture first — because the entire value proposition depends on holding inventory reliably. Then we built the API integrations and payment flows around it:
Slot reservation on browse.
When a user taps a deal, a slot is reserved against live inventory — the countdown starts immediately, and the slot releases if payment isn't completed in time.
Four live API integrations.
Expedia, Amadeus, and Skyscanner for travel inventory; Shopify for product deals — all synced in real time so availability is always current.
Countdown-enforced payments.
Stripe and PayPal checkout must complete before the timer expires — automated refunds trigger if a deal falls through after payment.
Admin deal management.
The admin panel lets the team create deals, manage API sync, track slot usage, and monitor payments and refunds without developer involvement.
