Our Process

Mobile App, Web & AI Development

Process is how a good idea survives contact with reality. Ours keeps decisions visible, progress testable, and every step tied to something you actually receive - six steps, roughly twelve weeks from kickoff to launch.

Phase A — Research & Design

Requirements & Planning

Week 1

Define the right product before development begins

Through guided discovery sessions we turn the initial idea into a clear product specification that aligns business goals, target users, budget, and technical constraints.

Every project starts from scratch - no templates - and the agreed scope becomes one reliable source of truth for design, engineering, and QA.

Design, Wireframes & Prototype

Week 2

Make every product decision visible before code

Approved requirements become user flows, wireframes, responsive screens, and a clickable high-fidelity prototype.

You review each round and give feedback, and we iterate until it is right - while changes are still fast and inexpensive to make.

Estimate & Delivery Plan

End of Week 3

Turn the approved scope into a realistic delivery plan

Once requirements and design are clear, we prepare a detailed estimate covering cost, team allocation, milestones, and the expected path to deployment.

Optional features remain visible, so scope can be adjusted around budget and launch priorities without weakening the product foundation.

Team composition and resource planning
Optional features separated for budget control

Phase B — Build & Release

Development

Week 3-8

Build in visible, testable increments

Our engineers turn the approved designs into clean, modular production code on industry-proven stacks - selected for your product, not for trends.

Work runs in bi-weekly sprints with live builds you can test and a shared project board, so progress is never a black box.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Week 9

Challenge the product before your users do

Every release goes through rigorous manual and automated testing across real devices, browsers, permissions, and edge cases.

A staging release then goes to your full team for review and sign-off before anything reaches production.

Unit & integration testing
Device compatibility testing
Performance & load testing
Crash reporting setup

You receive

QA report · Resolved defect log · Approved release candidate

Launch & Deployment

Week 10

Release safely into a monitored environment

We prepare production infrastructure, automate the release path, and coordinate a controlled, staged rollout.

For mobile products we handle the full App Store and Google Play submission - metadata, screenshots, review compliance, and go-live.

Beta Feedback & Iteration

Beta Cycle

Repeat the build cycle until every critical fix is complete

We release a controlled beta to the client team and selected testers, then capture real feedback across complete product journeys.

Every confirmed issue returns to development, passes through testing, and is deployed again. This loop continues until beta feedback is resolved and the release is ready for wider rollout.

Issue validation and priority assessment
Rebuild, regression test, and redeploy fixes
Repeat until all release-blocking feedback is resolved

Maintenance & Growth

Ongoing

Protect the release and improve what matters next

We do not disappear after launch. Every project includes 45 days of post-launch support for fixes and monitoring.

After that, ongoing maintenance, analytics review, and feature iteration shape the next roadmap from real user behaviour rather than pre-launch assumptions.
