Week 2

Once requirements and design are clear, we prepare a detailed estimate covering cost, team allocation, milestones, and the expected path to deployment.

Optional features remain visible, so scope can be adjusted around budget and launch priorities without weakening the product foundation.

Beta Feedback & Iteration

Beta Cycle

Repeat the build cycle until every critical fix is complete

We release a controlled beta to the client team and selected testers, then capture real feedback across complete product journeys.

Every confirmed issue returns to development, passes through testing, and is deployed again. This loop continues until beta feedback is resolved and the release is ready for wider rollout.

We do not disappear after launch. Every project includes 45 days of post-launch support for fixes and monitoring.
