B2B transactions were cash-heavy and network-limited.
Australian businesses with excess inventory or spare capacity had no efficient way to trade it without cash. Existing platforms were either pure marketplaces without cashless options, or lacked the secure B2B networking and moderation that business trading requires.
The client needed a platform where businesses could list products and services, trade using digital credits instead of cash, communicate in real time, and trust that the ecosystem was moderated and safe — all in one app, live on both stores.
