The brief was a hands-free flow across many properties — verified guests get their instructions automatically, failed checks reach the team — and a dashboard that shows each guest, property, date, link and status at a glance.

The verification flow runs on a Node.js and MongoDB backend between Guesty and Stripe Identity; the React dashboard reads the same records, so a guest's status there is the status that decided whether their lock code went out.
