RRR Arena connects sports enthusiasts, gyms, and administrators in one platform: users join tournaments, book gym sessions and demo classes, shop sports gear, and follow news and videos, all from a single app. Gyms run trainers, demo sessions, subscriptions, and payouts from a dedicated dashboard, while admins oversee verification, leaderboards, and the whole marketplace. Delivered by Next Level Software across a mobile app and two web dashboards.
Users juggled separate apps for gym bookings, tournament registrations, sports shopping, and sports news, with no single hub for discovery, competition, or purchases. Gyms handled everything manually: profiles, trainers, demo sessions, subscriptions, promotions, and payouts, mostly by spreadsheet.
Admins had no centralized control for verification, leaderboards, content moderation, store orders, refunds, or analytics — a real bottleneck in a fast-growing fitness market where inefficiency meant missed revenue for both the platform and the gyms on it.
The brief was ambitious by design: three connected products — a user app, a gym dashboard, and an admin panel — sharing one backend, supporting regional payments and both English and Arabic from day one.
We scoped the platform around its three user types first, then built one shared backend that kept a tournament update, a gym booking, and an admin approval all in sync in real time.
A single Node.js and MongoDB backend serves the user app, gym dashboard, and admin panel so every action stays consistent across all three.
KNET, Apple Pay, and Visa/Mastercard support alongside full English and Arabic localization for GCC and MENA markets.
Live leaderboards and notifications built to hold up under high-traffic tournament moments and gym-booking spikes alike.
KYC for gyms and users, refund policies, and payout logic shipped from launch instead of bolted on later.
Weekly demos moved from tournament registration one week to gym payouts and admin moderation the next.
3 separate products. One shared backend. One team. One timeline.

Tournaments and live leaderboards turned occasional users into daily active participants.
Gym bookings and subscriptions moved off spreadsheets and into a single, trackable dashboard.
The sports-gear store added a new monetization channel directly inside the platform users already open.
Admin tools cut manual verification and payout work dramatically, freeing the team to focus on growth.
English and Arabic support with RTL layouts made the platform genuinely usable across the GCC and MENA.
